Every Monday night One Direction Community (ODC) meets at Terenovas for Community Dinners from 6:00pm-7:30pm. Afterwards at 8:00pm -10:00pm we have Monday Night Worship. (MNW) which is a 2 hour time of soaking prayer and worship. About an hour into it, and ODC leadership team member Pete, had an amazing encounter with God and Jesus. It knocked him to the ground and lasted over 3 ½ hours. Pete was transported spiritually into the presence of Jesus and then the Father. He was led to the New Jerusalem, taken over and shown images of Africaand Huntsville, Al. Pete was amazingly present with Jesus and God, yet able to hear us gathered around him as we asked him questions about where he was and what he was seeing. He was also able to hear questions from us directed to God and Jesus, ask them the questions, then tell us their reply. All of us who were there felt God’s presence in the room, an “electric” and holy atmosphere effected us all. It was an amazing experience that has changed me. I have spent much time talking with Pete afterwards and I am still processing the event.
